| trouble configuring Samba 3.0.9 source for compile Good Evening,
I'm running Debian Woody on a slow-arse celeron machine, running apache and proftpd. Use it as a basic webserver. Trying to compile samba on it, with ADS. Followed the Samba howto, and used apt-get to install the libkrb5-dev and krb5-user packages, per the requirements of samba, but when I run ./configure, it cannot find the libraries. Where in the hell does debian place the libraries so I may tell ./configure where they are located (and therefore have ADS support). I run a LAN with the Debian webserver, 2 winxp clients, and a Win2003 enterprise server (my DC). I'd like for the webserver to work as a member server of the domain. |
