Java and ebay
Hi I am not sure if it is something to do with Java but I can't do certain things on ebay and I remember I had to install something so I could access or utilise some of ebays listing features when I was using Ubuntu. Hope you know what I mean. There are just some things that I am not able to do like the button that shows to upload a picture to ebay. I don't know what to google in order to get this done.

Did you install Flashplayer Plugin and Java?
Execute this
Code:su apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree
In case it doesn't solve problem, install Java Environment. Follow instructions form here.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Ok
Well OK the flash plugin installed thanks! And it has solved the problem with loading a pic on ebay!
I tried to installed Java as well from that link but was not sucessful. The file names are completely different and there is so much to choose from on that site you don't know which way to go but I guess I don't need it anyway. I vaguely remember a Linux friend saying I would never use it on Linux. Was something I needed on Windoze. Hapy happy happy moving away from windoze for good! Thanks again for your help. I am sure I will think of something else....ha ha.
