    Debian PPC help

OK, hello everyone, i am not a new user to linux, i have a bit of experience, but its the first time ive used it on a mac mini, with a g4 ppc architecture. Ive come across a few problems, so i thought i should ask here. (im running debian etch btw)

How can i install java? and flash (i know you cant, but is there an alternative?)

how can i install the latest firefox and thunderbird (i was gonna try from source, but mozillas tuts confused the crap out of me)

Well, thats all i need, that and some directions to some debian ppc tutorials, so if i come by more problems, i can help myself (instead of "begging" for it here :P )

    thanks alot for the help!

Java is present in non-free (edit your /etc/apt/sources.list and add non-free)

For flash you can try https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AM...efoxAndPlugins (its from ubuntu but should work for debian) or if you are running testing you can try Gnash (which is still buggy).

For the latest firefox take a look at Techno Wizah: Debian HOW-TO : Update Firefox
