Creating SWAP Partition With Feather Linux

I am preparing to install Feather Linux to the HD of one of my older PCs, and I want to setup a SWAP partition as well since this PC does not have much RAM. Unlike other Linux distros I've installed in the past, there is no option (that I saw at least) to create partitions during the install process.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi and Welcome !

You can use GParted LiveCD to create partitions before Installing Feather Linux. Create two partitions. One for SWAP, format it in SWAP filesystem and other for /, format it in ext3.
Most of installers detect SWAP automatically. If Feather Linux installer doesn't detect swap, assign SWAP mount point to SWAP partition and / mount point to other in Partition Section.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
