I've mentioned this in a previous post, but it's lost under several pages of new threads now and probabely wouldn't get a response.

Whenever I shut down my HP Pavilion dv6000 laptop running Debian "lenny" AMD64, I get a warning after it flushes the hard drive buffer that my hard drive may not have spun down properly, referencing me to Serial ATA (SATA) shutdown info. I'm booting with the "noirqfixup noirqpoll noapic" kernel options, and I've blacklisted my bcm43xx driver.

And just a boot or so ago, I started getting boot errors about my hda drive, which is strange since I only have a sata drive.

I didn't post the whole dmesg log, since last time I did that, my browser kept confusing me about whether or not the message posted...
