[SOLVED] Which image shall I use?
I have an "intel core 2 duo" cpu laptop. And I've found there're 2 64bit "Etch" dvd image: one is "amd64", another is "ia64". I don't know which one is the best choice. Can you help me to decide? Thanks a lot.

You should use amd64. The Core2Duo is the EM64T line, which is based on amd64. The ia64 refers to the unsuccessful Itanium platform.
