Downloaded packages install to remote pc

    hi everyone,

Just one more thing that I'd have to ask,

Apparently there's just no way i can hook a remote pc to the net, but I'm hellbent on installing a LAMP setup, and hopefully with Debian.

So I just have to ask around how I'd be able to setup Apache, MySQL and PHP packages, working well together, if I just downloaded the .deb packages one by one.

Is there a guide where I might be able to look, I was sort of hoping someone could write a guide on this one, LAMP installation is pretty common, and well, not everyone can readily hook up their test pcs to the net for upgrades.

    thank you.
