    two nics in debian

i have two nics which are connected each ISP through ADSL and Cable Modem.
I assigned each NIC each GW.

If the debian linux uses just one NIC for internet connection, how do I configure it ?

For example, i don't know which ISP service is used when I run my browser.

So, you got internet from two Diffrent Providers on two diffrent cables.
Both the Cables are Plugged in and both the NICs are configured.
And now you wonder what ISP is used by Firefox?
Well if I recall correctly you'd use the First NIC so eth0.
To check you can go to GetIP :: Detecting Your IP Address ::
What you might want to do is just a Firewall between your Box and the box with the TWO nics. Since then you can say all the HTTP Traffic goes over my first provider and all my Torrents go over the second.

    I hope that helps.

    Cheers,
    Robin
