Unhappy start vnc with GDM at boot

I managed to make a script to start VNC and installed it on /etc/init.d/vncmanager.

I think I succeeded to launch vncserver at boot but I didn't get the screen what I want.

I want to see the same GDM login screen when I connect to the VNC server remotely after boot. But what I get is only grey screen and some image of GDM initial screen but no login dialog.

How do I configure VNC to get into GDM login screen when I start up VNC at boot ?

There are so many different ways to configure VNC at boot accoridng to many linux dialects, it makes me nervous which is correct and best way.

Press the F10 Button in the login. Then you get some menus
There is one called Theme or something like that.
Then Setup that it looks the same for a Local Connection as for a VNC Connection.

    Warning!
    VNC is Unsecure.
    Connect VNC over SSL
