A simple problem: How Do You Find Out What Job ID's Are?

Hey guys, thanks for all the help you have been giving me thus far; this problem that I have (for once) is only a minor one. I know I could just simply restart my computer and this problem would go away, but I thaught I would take the time to learn how to solve it.

Basically, what happend was I attempted to open up a burnt DVD in XMMS and it froze up. It is still on my desktop bar as being active and I have no way of closing it. So my question is, how do I find out its Job ID so that I can "kill" it in the terminal? If there is a better way, just let me know. I dont care why it happend either.
