    How to save settings?

    Hi, I don't know how to save any settings or downloads i've changed or downloaded. eg i change my wallpaper, reboot, and the wallpaper changes back. Any help please? try make it as detailed as possible, because im a noob at linux.

    Hi,

    You could start by letting us know which desktop environment you are using e.g. KDE, GNOME, XFCE etc. If you don't know, post a screenshot.
