    RAID and Partition resizing

I have a ASUS DELUX A8V Motherboard with SATA RAID.
How can I set up my already existing NTFS RAID volume
    in Debian Linux?

I also gave /tmp a way too big partition at the install.
    How can I resize it?

    Hi

    1. Do you want read/write the raid array from linux or you want install it on?
Anyway you'll need the motherboard raid driver for linux , and then you can use dmadm for setting up the raid , but i suggest you don't do it.

i have tried setting up a dual-raided and dual-boot machine lately , and i read in some post that linux isn't recognize on-board raid and when somebody tried to set up it messed up the windows installation.

2 . use gparted for resizeing the partition.
