    Date bug in Debian?

Whenever I attempt to set the date in Debian 4.0 running on a standard x86 X instantly crashes and restarts as if I hit ctrl+alt+backspace.

This happens on both my desktop and laptop -- none of which have had problems setting the date/time in other distros.

Looks like a bug was reported when changing to a past date

My new blog. It's probably not as good as I think it is.

Alright, so it looks like others also experience the same issue as me.

Does anyone know of a fix for the issue?
