    i've never heard about that bootcharted. What is it?
    Is it an another init program for linux?

    I think you need find some howto for replacing the old sys-v init with that bootcharted.

    it is not another init program for linux .it is for knowing the boot up time of each process

    hey, sounds like a cool tool! i didn't know it existed, but guessed that it
    is called bootchart (no "-ed"),
    and according to "Analyzing boot performance with bootchart" the required addition
    to your list of boot options is
