Hello.Can anyone help me please,I just bought a new hard disk,I put it in my other computer where I have debian linux and would like to format the hard disk but I dont know how,can anyone help me please?

the simplest way is us the programa gparted.
Search gparted in synaptic and install.
If you format debian disk, us de live-cd gparted. GParted -- Live CD/USB/PXE/HD
