Cannot find anything
Im running debian 4 (netinst) through virtual pc and ive tried all the codes that ive found and none of them work for me. And also during the install i couldnt connect to a mirror,
Help? Advice?

You weren't really clear about what you are trying to do and where exactly you experienced difficulties. Are you trying to install Debian using the netinst disc? Which part of the installation did not go well?

i have no GUI and i cannot access any installs or updates. Yes i am using the netinst disc and the part where you choose the http site to get the packages from wouldnt work because it kept saying that it was a bad connection or something

Try reinstalling or creating a sources.list from scratch if you keep having problem accessing the servers during install time.
