please help! server hang every time I copy file via network

I install Debian on Acer altos G330 MK2 few days a go, then every time I try to copy files from Client to this Server or From This Server to any Client, about 5 minutes after that the Server Hang then 3 minutes after it hang every come to work again. I don't know what is really the problem, I change Hub, Router, Lan Card but nothing better.

please! I need help!

sorry I am new in Linux and my English also some time bad.

ok! I tried to transfer Data(more than 20 GB) Via Network but every time I started transferring Data The Server will Hang and whole network (more than 50 computer at my college down), that made my boss angry every time it happen.

- first time I tried to use command scp -r /data/** 192.168.1.2:/data/ (Linux to Linux)
- Second time I Share Data From Server using Samba Server and then I use Windows client to copy what ever I want from From Samba Server.

every time it cause Server Hang.
