Installing Debian on EMachine
Ok I'm trying to install debian an emachine
CPU TYPE Celeron(TM)
CPU SPEED 900MHz
SYSTEM MEMORY - 640 KB
EXTENDED MEMORY - 192MB
CACHE RAM - 128 KB
and i put the debian i386 network install disk in and loads the main and I push enter and 2 seconds later it stops:
LAST TWO LINES:

whats going on?

A quick and dirty solution is to download the netinstall CD again. Could be its not a good download. This has happened to me before.
Also, when you download it, check to see if it's a good one. Some times, a download is corrupted.
And while you're at it, use the Testing (Lenny) branch. It's stable enough to use.
