    [SOLVED] Debian usergroups help

Hello, I have a Debian distro with apache2, mysql, php5, vsftpd and i want to create a user. I want the username and password of this user to work for vsftpd and the mysql server. I also want to set it so that I have rights to edit, create, delete, make new folders in the home folder for my apache2 server.

I'm new to this, I haven't played around with it in a while so take er easy thanks.

create a user and add him to the specific groups
I think every server application has own group so add your regular user to that groups.

read about this command in the man
    adduser
    usermod
    chmod
    chown
