USB Issue

Hi to everyone
I´m new to this forum and also to Linux.
I´ve build a server with Debian 40r2 and having problem with usb issue ( usb hub Konig 7 port and 7 Smargo Smartreader which Debian recognised and works perfectly but after a few hours or sometimes few days this error will come up

and to work again I have to reboot and I don´t have any knowledge of Linux so please really I need some help. Here is the list of the usb´s recognised in Debian.
