Mount ext3 with rw for all users.

Basically I have a drive which is mounted in $HOME/data, but I can't write to it unless I'm root. I do not want to chown it - because I don't think that is the right way to do it (correct me if I'm wrong).

I'm sure there's a way to specify this in fstab?

    Thanks in advance.
