Should I bridge or route?
Hi all,
I am looking for an advise here. I have a server with 2 Ethernet adapters, one (eth0) connected to a 2Wire router with DHCP (as DMz) and the other one (eth1) is connected to a VoIP Adapter.
I will like the VoIP adapter to receive an IP from my servers eth1, where is connected as if it were connected directly to the 2Wire Router. I don't know if I get my self clear. I want my servers eth0 & eth1 bridged, but I need to be able to keep my eth0 server's configuration (dmz).
Is this possible? Or... what will be the easiest approach. I am currently using dhcp3 server to provide an IP to the VoIP device, but I am afraid that the device is not getting Internet connection.
Please advise,
Carlos
