How do I create a Live .iso

    Hi,
I have been going round in circles trying to make a Live .iso of my current Lenny system.
I have read and read and searched forums and found heaps of info and read from Debian Live.
However as I am relatively new to this I easily get confused, with all the variation of commands

What I would like to achieve.
    - A .iso image of Lenny with Installer and GDE.
    - If it is possible I would like to place the image on a USB stick/thumb drive
    - I do not want to download any Debian files.

The Lenny installation I have is only new and I need to install it on a few more computers and wish to avoid (what is for me) the large downloads that come with a new installation.

Can anyone provide in simple terms how I go about it, I would really appreciate the advice.
