    Debian install issue

    Hi,

    I am trying to install Debian on a new PC and during the install the sceen goes black and that was it.

    Is there any log where I can find afterwards what went wrong ?

    I am a total Linux newbie but otherwise know my way around.

    Which version of debian are you trying to install? What is your graphics card?
