    First step is to login as root. Then make certain you input the correct key. Not just cut and past what you read on this post.

    I guess a close second is to make sure you've added the correct repos. You can't mix and match. Use the repo for your Debian branch.

    Or try 'apt-get install debian-keyring debian-archive-keyring' This also works.

    And last but not least do an 'apt-get update'.
