Hi I'm trying to port my program from Redhat 9 2.5.25 kernel to Debian 2.6.9 kernel and I ran across some issues.

Can someone help explain where did these binaries/folders get relocated to.
/etc/sysconfig (and all the networking inside)
/etc/xinetd
/etc/rc.d/init.d/functions
/sbin/migetty
/sbin/agetty

I noticed in debian that there is no rc.d directory and sysconfig directory.
Do I need to install any packages for these?

Any help would be great.
