    both
    Has it been working but then it stopped, or is this a fresh install?
    Wired worked for a day or so... wireless didnt work at all

    Which one are you currently trying to get going?
    Could you post the output of the following commands?

    lspci
lsusb
lsmod
ifconfig -a
