    [SOLVED] Flash Drive Trash

I'm not sure this is the right area to post this if it is, sorry. Ok so i was loading a flash drive with music and deleting what was on it. When i put the flash drive in my xbox to listen to the music i seen a folder called trash.001 and in side it was everything i just deleted. how can i view/empty/delete this folder within Lenny? and how can i stop this folder from being created all together? right now i put it (the flash drive) in my wifes windows lap top and just delete it. any help would be appreciated.

Should be able to just delete it from linux as well. It will be a hidden folder in linux, so you won't see it from the file manager unless you select View Hidden Files.

If you delete files from the command line using the rm command, it shouldn't create the trash folder. Most file managers have an option to delete without sending to trash as well.
