ALSA issue [AD198x Analog] sound doesn't work

I have ALSA issue. When I play an audio file or watch a video, the following error appears:

I am able to do "/etc/init.d/alsa-utils restart"
Then sound will work only when I play the mp3 the first time with mplayer, if I try to play it the second time, that error will appear again...
I am using Debian squeeze 2.6.32-trunk-amd64
