    Install help.

I have tried to intall Debian 3.0 and run through the intallation setup with no problem but when it comes to running X I get an error.

    (EE) VGA(0): Driver can't support depth 24
(EE) Screen(s) found, but none have a usable configuration

    Fatal server error:
    no screens found

I have tried various different solutions but are unable to get anything to work. I changed from 24 bit colour to 16 bit but with no luck. My system is standard with Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller. I have tried the 'Vesa' driver and the VGA driver but neither work and the three or four Intel ones that are listed do not match what I have.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

What has happened to the site search? Everytime I try it I get a message about it being de-activated due to server load.
