TV Card In Debian Linux.
I have a TV card that is called "Asus My Cinema U3100 Mini". It says to be able to run on Linux Debian 4.0 or higher. I have Debian Lenny (5.0). The card is an USB TV card. I have the following modules installed for the card:
dvb_usb_dib0700 27144 0
dib7000p 14344 2 dvb_usb_dib0700
dib7000m 13188 1 dvb_usb_dib0700
dvb_usb 14796 1 dvb_usb_dib0700
dvb_core 66528 1 dvb_usb
firmware_class 6816 1 dvb_usb
iTCO_wdt 9508 0
dib3000mc 11176 1 dvb_usb_dib0700
dibx000_common 3428 3 dib7000p,dib7000m,dib3000mc
dib0070 6660 2 dvb_usb_dib0700
i2c_core 19828 8 i2c_i801,dvb_usb_dib0700,dib7000p,dib7
I think that the file to use with a TV program/application is /dev/dvb/adapter0/dvr0. But it gives this message:
Operation not supported
When the program is trying to use this file as the link to my TV card. What is wrong?
