    Re Eclipse

    Hi folks,

    Debian 504 64-bit.

    Is Eclipse available on repo?

    OR I have to download it on;
    Eclipse.org home
    ?

    In the later case where shall I retain the package for installation ? /opt ? Or /home/user ? TIA

    Did you search here? These are search result of Eclipse.
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your advice.

    I can't find Eclipse IDE there. I found Eclipse on squeeze for Java and C++ development.

    I think I have to download Eclipse on its website. The only disadvantage is I can't upgrade it on repo.
