Cannot display this video mode
Hi, I recently installed Debian Linux. When I tried booting into it, the kernel did its normal thing (a bunch of lines of text on the screen). But when it loaded GNOME, my screen went black for a moment, then my monitor displayed the text "Cannot display this video mode" in the center of the screen. When I changed the video mode in GRUB to my resolution, the only difference made was the text at the beginning was at a higher resolution, then I got the same problem. I can boot into single user mode just fine.
I am running the latest AMD64 version.
