I would like to create a custom boot disk that would include some programs already installed on my computer, so I wouldn't have to re download them, is there a way to do this?

this is always possible manually as well, though the setup isn't what I would call easy

    Welcome to the forums!

I'm not exactly sure what your goal is in the end, but in addition to remastering applications for building a custom CD, you might also want to consider imaging your system so that you can easily restore it from a system image should the need arise. Doing so would prevent you from having to reinstall, add additional apps, and then tweak the system again.

I've personally found Clonezilla and FSArchiver both to work well for that task.
