It might help if you posted the actual commands you used to get unknown command errors.i receive unknown command errors for find, root, and setup. .
Also might be helpful if you explained exactly what you are trying to do. The image you posted is GRUB2 prompt. I haven't used Knoppix lately, I would be surprised if it uses Grub 2 but maybe...?
You don't really have enough information to get any realistic help and I doubt many members are going to be willing to go to the clonezilla site and read through everything trying to guess what you are doing.

The first link in your last post is to a site explaining how to install Knoppix to usb. Is that what you are trying to do? Did you copy the three files from Knoppix to the usb? It starts at step 5, I didn't see a link to a page with the first four steps but didn't look that hard?? The examples it gives for drives are incorrect. It will not show (sd1,0) but rather (hd1,0) as an example. The commands referenced on the page are regarding Grub Legacy. The image in your first post is output from Grub2, which is a totally different version of the bootloader and the commands from that page will not work with Grub2.
So where does the Grub2 come in?
What are the first four steps?
What exactly are your intentions?
If you simply want Knoppix or some other version of Linux on a USB, I would suggest using unetbootin or pendrivelinux. Just google either for information on them.

I have made some clonezilla usb's but always from linux, not windows and it worked everytime. If you have already have a knoppix cd, why dont you boot your computer with it and use the linux instructions:
a) insert usb
b) format usb
c) copy clonezilla files to usb
d) change directory to the tool/linux folder
e) run makeboot.sh /dev/sdxx <- usb device.
and thats it. Good luck
