Samba and LDAP
I'm still fairly new to Linux and wanted to do something similar to what I can do with Windows Server 2003 or 2007. I want to be able to create a local domain, so I can log in to any computer using the same credentials, and have the same experience. I'm also trying to get network shares to work for each user on the domain. Each user would have a separate share, only for them. All computers are running Windows 7 Ultimate or Home Premium, while the Server is running Debian 2.6.32-5-686 with all updates installed. I've tried configuring samba and LDAP, but I cannot seem to get it right. I have uninstalled both samba and LDAP, and deleted all config files, so that I can start new. Thanks a lot
