    Apache2 problem?

    I am newbie. I go a problem with apach2 web server.
    My os is debian Squeeze, the web server is Apache/2.2.16.
    The web server load some files is very slow. The file will be random, not only some file. They can be image files, css file, js files... some time the loading time even over 5 seconds. There is no load, swap problem as my check.
    I can't find out why? who can give me some suggestion?

    Are you sure it's not just the internet connection your box has? Is that connection shared with other people?

    Yes I am sure. I have apache log for each access execution time. over 5 second is readed from server not on browser.
