Everything seems to work until i try to modprobeAny help would be appriceated.Code:# modprobe -r snd-maestro3 ; modprobe snd-maestro3 FATAL: Module snd_maestro3 not found. FATAL: Module snd_maestro3 not found.
lspci -v
I also tried to run alsaconf, it can't find the cardCode:# lspci -v 00:00.0 Host bridge: Intel Corporation 82815 815 Chipset Host Bridge and Memory Controller Hub (rev 04) Flags: bus master, fast Hey,
I don't run Debian, but as you haven't heard anything yet, I'll try to help...
Those messages about snd.ko missing are strange. Could kernel drivers have been accidentally deleted somehow? In any event, can you install an updated kernel from the Debian repos? Or even re-install the current one, in order to get all the missing drivers back. Some suggestions on how to do that are here.
