    Question Wired override wireless

    Hello world!
Is there a way that I can make the wired connection override the wireless connection? That is, when I plug in the wired connection it will turn off the wireless, or when I log in and I'm plugged into the Ethernet it won't auto log into the wireless connection.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I hate that stuff, myself. On Debian, that sounds ZeroConf. I usually remove the offending packages, but maybe you can just disable what you need. See this wiki for more info:

I use wicd and just set use wired network as default profile (overrides any previous default.

Vampire 5 did not mention what he uses though to really comment on this.
