DNS server : How To get the local.lan client name list

    Hello Everyone,

    How are you today?

Here is my problem : "My DNS server"

I'm trying to find a way to get a list of all the PCs that my DNS server is able to see to not have to ping all of their names and to understand which one has some troubles whith getting seen by the DNS server.

Do you know a package which could help me?

This one is easy, but I'm too tired tonight (1:00 saturday night fever! Yeah)

    Thanks

    Hi,
To get the list of all PCs and more information that can help you to solve your problems, so you can activate the log of your DNS server.

    Best Regards

As superuser try issuing the command netdiscover. If you don't have that application, then apt-get install it and issue the command again.
