    The problem is solved.

    Before
    this :
    Code:
    # update-initramfs -k$(uname -r) -uv
    gave me :
    E: /usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks/iscan-data failed with return 1.
    Removing /boot/initrd.img-3.2.0-4-686-pae.dpkg-bak
    update-initramfs: failed for /boot/initrd.img-3.2.0-4-686-pae with 1.

    this:
    Code:
    # lsmod
    gave me:
    thermal_sys 27730 1

After cleaning up the "iscan-data" mess
    this :
    Code:
    # update-initramfs -k$(uname -r) -uv
gave me : no (more) error messages
    Code:
    # lsmod
    gave me:
    thermal_sys 17752 2 thermal,processor

Everything is working smoothly now !
