    Host can't access internet with firestarter firewalled!


    Hi all!,
    Here is my problem.I have two mepis computers connected via crossover cable.I have no problems with the network.If I have the firewall active the host computer can't access the internet but the client computer can.When I remove the firewall the host computer CAN access the internet but the client CAN'T.Any suggestion would be
    welcomed.

    Are you sure that the client machine is seen as a trusted hosts by Firestarter?

    I don't understand your question because I know very little about firestarter or a firewall.
    Well since my last post after trying to configure firestarter I have this ,with firewall removed both computers can access the internet now.With firewall active client can access the internet but not the host
    computer.
