    Nvidia problem..

    Hi...recently I install the nvidia module and the drivers, I install all referent to nvidia.
    I have a nvidia MX 4000 and isnt working well.

    The only thing that perform well is 3d desktop, but for example, tux racer and the screensavers arnt working fine, they have a low perform...

    Ive been dealing with this for several days and a lot of people from IRC has told me advices but I can fix it...

    Im using UBUNTU 5.04

    When you run glxgears, what is your framerate? The MX series isn't known for its high 3D performance, so it may just be that the card is weak.

    it may be, but it is fine for tux racer. When I had the proprietary driver installed, tux raced fine
