What the hell happened to my nice little icons?

So after I installed the Mozilla flash plug-in all my "directory" icons in the "Applications" menu just turned into regular directory icons. I'm pretty sure that didn't come out right, so let me elaborate. I'm using the Lush icon theme, which has icons for menu bar directories, such as the "Office", "System", etc directories on the menu bar. Now, alll I have is regular directory icons (their green folders). I'm usually not this picky, but I really like those icons. My guess is that the plug in messed with some config file, I just don't know where to start. I'm using GNOME, and the only icons that changed were the directory icons, the applications still retain their own specific icons (as per the theme).

I haven't had this issue before. Have you tried...

    1) Going into the themes configuration, and selecting another icon set, and then Lush again?

    2) Reinstalling Lush.

Yeah, I did try reselecting the icon theme, but wasn't able to get it. Turns out every since icon theme is doing the same thing. As for installing the theme again, I've never been able to successfully install an icon theme. I put the folder in the .icons directory, but that's about as far as I go with that. I'll try again, but if I can't I guess I'll have to live with the ugly green ones.
