I got a problem with my system shutdown. The pc wont shut down when i go for Actions>Logoff/restart/shutdown. I have to explicitly press shift+alt+backspace to restart the pc.

I got a problem with my GAIM & KOPETE messenger applications they wont connect to the internet. but my normal internet services work properly like if i open web pages.
