the networking tools have being delete (gnome-system-tools(networking)).
I use Synaptic to try install gnome-system-tools , but i can't install because i can't connect.

Have being hacked!

It's always a bad day when you get a security breach. If you are sure you have been hacked there is really only one thing you can do - rescue what you can using a live disc (not the system's own OS if you can avoid it) and then format/reinstall. There is no way to know how much damage has been done to the system, as logs may have been tampered with. I would recommend the same for any compromised system.

I don't wanna format. Is a lot of work install and Configure. Webmin , Shorewall , Clamav. Wow .

Unfortunately, if you're sure that someone accessed your machine, you can't be sure they didn't leave a backdoor program on your machine to let themselves in the future. To be sure, you'd have to check timestamps and MD5 values on your kernel, installed software, and verify every process that runs on startup, and probably check cron to make sure that nothing bad was schuduled to run in the future, and there is probably 20 other ways they could have left themselves an easy way into the machine that I don't know about. If you're concerned about your machine's security integrity, you shuold back up your configuration files, and have apt tell you what packages are installed, and then wipe the machine and start from scratch.
