Do you have cups installed?

Type in http://127.0.0.1:631 in your browser and press enter. You get the Common Unix Printing System(CUPS). From here you can add/manage your printer.

it should use hpijs
So make sure you it first

with hpjis i could configure but the printer only push the paper, don't print
