But I did install EPOS after seeing the above message. Even after installing EPOS I still get the above EPOS message.
How to tell KTTSD that I have installed
EPOS on my pc?
I am running Debian Sarge 3.1 & KDE 3.3.
Quick help will be greately appreciated.Registered Linux User#394486

I assume you are running stable or testing. If you are running unstable, kttsd is in the unstable apt repositories. If not, sorry, I can not be of much help.

I don't get any error. When I try to "test" the voice of the synthesizer the program simply quits and I have to restart it again and even if i ask KTTS to read a text file by adding a text file to the "job" section-it says the text is "reading" but I can't hear any thing!!!
But, the Festival synth which is installed on my pc is properly working( I mean if i test it by typing SayText"Hello") it works fine. It speaks out.Registered Linux User#394486
