    Aptitude doesn't love OpenOffice [(K)Ubuntu]

    Ok here's what happened.

I updated Hoary -> Breezy and everything was nice, but I didn't like Gnome anymore, so I switched to KDE using synaptic and I also removed some stuff like ubuntu-desktop, all packages for evolution & gnome stuff, but now when I use aptitude for a quick install, it always want to remove OpenOffice and says that those packages aren't used and are going to be removed, so I want to stop this.

    Note: kubuntu-desktop is installed
    Any ideas??

You could let it do so and then re-install OpenOffice.

I did, and it keeps doing the same, but then i re-installed kubuntu-desktop, which installed some extra stuff, and now it stops complaining but now I have this question, how do I remove thing like bluethooh support and other thing without removing kubuntu-desktop

using synaptic try to remove the bluetoothe etc.
if it gives error that even your kubuntu desktop will get remove, then cancel it.
you wont be able to remove it. (just like you are not able to remove IR from ms windows.)

(i tried the same with evolution. since i use TB, evolution was a space waste. but removing that removed the ubuntu-desktop. i had to copy my .deb to the cache and then do the --install ubuntu-desktop. which again installed evolution.)
