    You're going to have to be a little more specific than that! First thing you'll need is the output of "config -a". The output of that command dictates what you need to do next.

    Details? Here you go. I boot up debian. I type ping -c 3 www.yahoo.com. I get an unknown host. What is the command you want me to post?

    Oops, my bad, it was supposed to be "ifconfig -a".
